I am working with a 15-year-old female youth who displays aggressive behaviors and violent tendencies, does anyone have any suggestions for working with this youth?

Do you have more information? For example do you know the antecedent (why
the behaviour is occurring)? Are you tracking the behaviour in a way
to see when it occurs (time of day, what the teen is doing prior to
behaviour occurring, environmental, etc...) If you have any of this
information I am then sure some strategies could be provided.

Jennifer,
I think Tonya offers great suggestions re questions to find out why and when this behaviour is occurring...tracking the youth's behaviour is extremely valuable and should help you to identify triggers or other circumstances that are threatening to this youth.
Once you have this information you can begin to develop interventions and strategies that have less of a chance of making matters worse.
At 15 yrs of age I should think the youth could also
offer some insight into what upsets her.
Good luck
