Hello,
I am
wondering if anyone is aware of any narrative studies having been
completed with Child and Youth Care practitioner family support systems? In
particular I am looking for partners’ impressions on how individuals in Child and Youth Care change due to the challenges of the job – PTSD, vicarious trauma,
burnout and/or compassion fatigue. Are there resources/workshops
available to partners of CYCPs who are struggling and need support in
their home, outside of traditional counseling?
Thank you and be well.
