He was the executive director of the Walker Home and school in Needham Ma. I worked there over 20 years as a direct child care worker, and it is an amazing place. Dr. Richard Small is the current Executive director and worked directly with Al, he is easily accessible and would be a great resource for you. He also wrote the book The other 23 Hours what I consider the child care bible.
